Shanghai has a long history as a gateway to China on the Yangtze River Delta. It is the largest economic and trade center in China, and one of China's cultural centers.

Explore the Old City of Shanghai, where you can get an idea of what the city looked like hundreds of years ago. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the old town, there is the oasis of peace, the Yu Garden. As a paragon of the south Chinese landscaping style of the Ming and Qing dynasties, it is a MUST-SEE for all visitors to Shanghai.

Then let's go to the Bund. It is located along the Huangpu River which is located in the Huangpu District, the center of Shanghai. It is the scenery line of Shanghai.

Round off the day with the panorama hall of the more than 630 meter high Shanghai Tower with a breathtaking panoramic view over the city. It is also the tallest building in China.

At last, we will visit the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center to learn more about the history of Shanghai. A look at the miniature model of the city is especially recommended. It is regarded as the 'Window of the City' where people can know about Shanghai.

In the morning, take a high-speed train to Suzhou and our guide will pick you up in the station. Then start your leisure tour there. With 2,500 years of history, Suzhou is an ancient town interlaced by canals and has been aptly nicknamed the Venice of the East.

Your sightseeing tour of Suzhou will cover the largest - the Humble Administrator's Garden, and the smallest - the Master of Nets Garden.

The Humble Administrator's Garden is one of the representative works of classical gardens in south are of the Yangtze River of China. Master of Nets Garden is the smallest garden in Suzhou. It is a typical Suzhou residential garden.

Afterwards visit Suzhou Museum, the final masterpiece of the well-known architect I.M. Pei, who designed the pyramids at the Louvre in Paris. Suzhou Museum has been a highly-regarded regional museum with a number of significant Chinese cultural relics.

First we will visit the famous West Lake with boat trip on the lake. West Lake is reputed for beautiful scenery, a multitude of historical sites, brilliant cultural relics, and a profusion of native products.

Then move to visit Lingyin Temple, one of the top ten most famous ancient Buddhist monasteries in China, also one of the largest and wealthiest Buddhist temples in China, and contains numerous pagodas and Buddhist grottoes.

After that drive to Meijiawu Tea Village. With its idyllic beauty, the tea farmer will take you to the mountain area and you will be impressed by the tea terraces of high and low hill-slops. In the village, you will have a chance to experience Chinese tea culture: entering a tea plantation, picking the tea leaves, visiting the tea farmer's house and enjoying the local tea ceremony. Afterwards, transfer back to hotel and have a good rest.

Morning we will take a high-speed train to Jinan. Arrived in Jinan, your local guide will meet you at the station and then transfer to the hotel.

After lunch, our first stop Baotu Spring. It is widely known that Jinan is called 'the hometown of springs', with more than 100 springs. And among these springs, Baotu Spring is the most outstanding one and enjoys the reputation as 'the No. 1 spring in the world'.

Then move to Daming Lake, which is one of the three symbols and landmarks of Jinan City. It is a natural lake formed after all springs converge.

Later continue to visit Water Pavilion Street. It is a famous old street with historical and cultural characteristics. Afterwards, transfer back to hotel and have a good rest.

In the morning we will take a one-hour bus to Mt. Tai, which is well known for its majesty in vigor, grandness in structure, soaring in shy and rooting in terra, broad foundation, steady and massiness. Mount Taishan is a typical symbol of China.

After lunch we will take the cable car down and continue visit Dai Temples, located in the southern foot of Taishan Mountain. It is the largest and most complete ancient buildings in Taishan area. It is a Taoist temple, where the emperors used to hold grand celestial ritual and God worship ceremony to the deity of Mount Taishan.

Today we will drive to Qufu and explore the birthplace of Confucius.

Qufu contains numerous historic palaces. As the hometown of Confucius, many of the major cultural sites in the city are all associated with Confucius.

First we will visit the Temple of Confucius. It was originally built as early as in 478BC, one year after Confucius death. It is one of the three greatest ancient building complexes in the country and holds an important position even in the world.

Then we move to Confucius Family Mansion, which was the historical residence of Confucius' descendants and also the residence just next to the imperial palace in scale. Afterwards, take a visit to the largest private garden in China - Cemetery of Confucius. It is the largest, oldest, and best-preserved single-family cemetery in China. You may find the strong Confucianism atmosphere when you do sightseeing here.

In the morning, we will take a short bus to Mount Nishan Cultural Tourism Resort. The Resort is divided into five cultural functional areas based on " benevolence", "righteousness", " etiquette", "wisdom" and "credibility". The whole resort aims to form a complete Confucianism culture experience area. So you may find the strong Confucianism atmosphere when you do sightseeing here.

After lunch, we will take a high speed train to Beijing - the capital of China and then transfer to the hotel and have a good sleep.

Today, we'll pay a visit for Tiananmen Square, which is the largest public square in the world. Then visit today's highlight: the Forbidden City, the largest and most complete ancient imperial palace in the world. In its 500 years of history, there were 24 emperors living here. Experiencing several times renovation and expansion during the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Forbidden City is still remaining its original layout.

Then drive to Summer Palace, which is China existing largest and best preserved imperial garden. It is a large natural landscape garden which used Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill as based address, modeled on the Hangzhou West Lake scenery, drew some design techniques and the mood of the gardens on the Yangtze delta.

The first highlight of your trip is to visit the symbol of China - the Great Wall. The Mutianyu Great Wall, which section is more popular among foreign visitors, with many observation towers that can be reached by cable car, from where you can sit back and enjoy the great scenery.

Then visit the Temple of Heaven, which was used to pray for harvest by the emperors. It's China's existing largest structure for sacrifice to heaven. This Chinese monument is built entirely in wood, without using a single nail, which has become the symbol of Beijing. For the Chinese the ground is sacred, so the emperor used to celebrate the main rites here.

For dinner, you will enjoy the local specialty tonight in a Peking Roast Duck Restaurant.
