Today, we'll pay a visit for Tiananmen Square, which is the largest public square in the world. Then visit today's highlight: the Forbidden City, the largest and most complete ancient imperial palace in the world. In its 500 years of history, there were 24 emperors living here. Experiencing several times renovation and expansion during the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Forbidden City is still remaining its original layout.

At last we will visit the Temple of Heaven, which was used to pray for harvest by the emperors. It's China's existing largest structure for sacrifice to heaven. This Chinese monument is built entirely in wood, without using a single nail, which has become the symbol of Beijing. For the Chinese the ground is sacred, so the emperor used to celebrate the main rites here.

The first highlight of your trip is to visit the symbol of China - the Great Wall. The Mutianyu Great Wall, which section is more popular among foreign visitors, with many observation towers that can be reached by cable car, from where you can sit back and enjoy the great scenery.

Then drive to Summer Palace, which is China existing largest and best preserved imperial garden. It is a large natural landscape garden which used Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill as based address, modeled on the Hangzhou West Lake scenery, drew some design techniques and the mood of the gardens on the Yangtze delta.

Before leaving for Shanghai, take a photo stop at the Olympic grounds, which is popularly known for the "Bird's Nest"due to its extraordinary architectural appearance. Transfer to airport for a flight to Shanghai.

After a 2-hour flight and a short refreshment in the hotel, you will find yourself on the famous waterfront - the Bund. The Bund is located along the Huangpu River which is located in the Huangpu District, the center of Shanghai. It is the scenery line of Shanghai.

Explore the Old City of Shanghai, where you can get an idea of what the city looked like hundreds of years ago. In the evening, you will watch spectacular acrobatic show at the ERA Theater, whose performances reflect the character of this city.

After breakfast, we'll pay a visit to Longhua Temple. With the architectural design of a Song Dynasty convent, it is the oldest and largest buddhist temple in Shanghai.

Then drive to Shanghai Tower, which is located at the heart of the Lujiazui Finance & Trade Zone. With a total height of 632 meters, the building offers a stunning view of the vibrant city in front of you.

Round off the day with the famous Nanjing Road. Get a taste of bustling Chinese commerce where retailers from all over the world display their products on streets. Once you have arrived on Nanjing Road, you will observe the colorful everyday bustle of the locals.
