Welcome to Vientiane!
Upon arrival at Wattay International airport, you will be welcomed by our guide and then transferred to your hotel. After check-in, the rest of day is free at leisure.

Today, your private guide will take you to explore the hidden charms of Vientiane. You will firstly visit Wat Si Saket which is the oldest surviving temple with thousands of Buddhist images. You will also visit the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which houses the famous Emerald Buddha Image.
Next, proceed to the That Luang monument, a gold-covered large Buddhist stupa which is generally regarded as the national symbol of Laos. Continue to visit the Victory Monument dedicated to those who gave their lives for independence of Laos. Built to resemble Paris’ Arc de Triomphe, Patuxai offers a stunning view of the town and the Mekong River.
Have lunch in local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will drive to the Buddha Park. Set in the parkland on the banks of the Mekong, it is filled with over 200 Buddhist and Hindu statues. Spend some time exploring the park. Afterward, drive back to hotel.

Today, your guide will pick you up to airport for taking a flight to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival, your private guide will wait for you and escort you to hotel. The rest of day is free at leisure.

Get up early in this morning, you will participate in an important ceremony - morning alms giving. Every morning, the pious local people offer their today's first pot of rice to Buddhist monks. This tradition is very unique in Laos, which is the only Buddhist nation that still preserves the procession. Later, transfer to hotel for breakfast.
Start today's sightseeing with a visit to the ancient Wat Xieng Thong Temple, which is a magnificent temple built since 1560. Then, spend some time visiting the Royal Palace Museum. It is a grand palace with various cultural relics. Next, visit the nearby the Wat Mai. The impressive temple is one of Luang Prabang ‘s largest and most richly decorated temples. Finally, climb to Mount Phousi where you can see the whole peaceful Luang Prabang with stunning sunset. End the tour and transfer back to your hotel.

Royal Palace Museum

In the morning, your private guide will pick you up to Kuang Si Waterfalls. Along the way, you will enjoy gorgeous landscapes of rice fields, hills, and villages. You also have an opportunity to learn about the traditions and culture of ethnic minority at a village. It is a great opportunity to involve in their daily activities, such as weaving, rice harvesting and picking green vegetable.
On arrival at the Kuang Si waterfalls, you will first visit the sun bears rescued centre in the park. Then, enjoy the spectacular waterfalls and orchids surroundings inside the park. The falls cascade over many calcified tiers and down several hundred feet into a series of cool and turquoise pools. You can jump into the cool water to relax yourself.
After lunch, transfer back to downtown area and take part in a book party at Big Brother Mouse – a non-profit charity organization which provides Laotian children with free libraries and access to read materials at any of its centers in Luang Prabang and Vientiane. Tourists are welcomed to Big Brother Mouse’s centers and to give their donations of reading materials to remote villages. You can also help Laotian children and young adults practice speaking or reading English. This is an inspirational way to meet local people. Back to your hotel and free to relax.

Kuang Si Waterfall

In the morning, your guide will pick you up to Elephant Village. Upon arrival, the camp manage will greet to you and give you a short introduction about elephants' daily life. Then, it is time to get close with elephants. You can not only feed your elephants, but bath them. It is an exciting experience and you get ready to get wet! You can also visit the elephant hospital, museum, gallery and dung paper making facility!
Afterwards, we will take a traditional Lao long boat to the Tad Sae Waterfall and relax or swim in the clear water. (note: water levels will vary with seasonal conditions). Enjoy buffet lunch at Elephant Camp restaurant. Later, depart the camp and transfer back to town center.
This afternoon, get ready to enjoy food tour in this charming town. Your guide will take you to look for the street food of Luang Prabang. You can try many Laotian flavors, such as Lao coconut cakes, Khao Soi, a kind of noodle soup made with flat rice noodles, Seasonal fruit and fried egg with pork.
