If you are an adventurer who are seeking for a different travel map of Myanmar, this trip is your perfect choice. Besides magnificent Shwedagon pagoda, you will embark on series of discoveries through the sacred Golden Rock, miraculous limestone caves and idyllic landscape of Hpa-an.
Welcome to Yangon, Myanmar!
Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, you will be welcomed by our guide and then transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you can have a rest or explore surroundings on your own.

After breakfast, you will visit the Central Yangon Railway Station where you will catch the Yangon Circular Train. During the 30 minutes' slow riding, you will be exposed to interesting daily life of locals.
Then, private car will pick you up at a small station and take you to visit the Sule Pagoda. It is a landmark building in the downtown area. Next, walk to the nearby Maha Bandoola Park which is encircled by a host of monuments and French colonial buildings, including Independence Monument and the High Court.
After lunch at local restaurant, enjoy your time for wandering in the Bogyoke Market Bogyoke Aung San Market, one of the busiest markets in Yangon with a wide range of local specialties, such as gems, wood carvings and crafts (closed on Mondays and public holidays). Next, pay a visit to the Chaukhtayi Pagoda, which famous for its giant Reclining Buddha.
At sunset, end the day with a visit to most awesome Shwedagon Pagoda from where you will see the gorgeous sunset over the 99 meters high golden plated stupa topped with diamond. Later, back to the hotel.

After breakfast, we will start out to Golden Rock temple. After 3.5 hours' driving, you will arrive at Kinpun village, a small village at the mountain foot to Golden Rock temple. After lunch and short break, join in a local open-air truck and take a 45-minute ride up to last stop at Kyaikto village. Check in at the nearby Mountain Top hotel.
When the sun is about to set down, we climb up to visit the sacred Golden Rock which is hanging over a steep cliff overlooking a deep valley. Join the lines of ardent believers and pray quietly among thousands burning candles, little bells and good smell of incense sticks. It is the best time for you to relax your mind in the peaceful atmosphere.

Golden Rock Temple

In the early morning, you can revisit the golden rock and catch the breathtaking sunrise if you wish. After breakfast at hotel, jump in a downhill truck to return Kin Pun base where our private car is waiting for you. From here, you will take a 3-hour's driving to Hpa An, a town famous for its picturesque caves and limestone mountains. Upon arrival, check in and have a rest.
Then, you will start to explore beautiful Hpa An. We will first visit the Eain Du Karen Village to experience authentic Kayin life style and culture. You can take some wonderful photos of traditional local houses and green plantations. From here, we go through the paddy fields by kayak to connect our starting point from where we drive to the well-known Saddan cave, a fabulously deep cave with natural decoration.
Upon arrival, your guide will lead you to go through the dark tunnel until it opens with a surprise. Spend some time discovering the beautiful stalagmites, wall golden frescos and beautiful Buddha statues inside before reaching the end of the cave. The end of the cave leads to a small lake surrounded by beautiful landscape. From here, continue with a scenic boat trip.
Afterwards, we will reach the last stop - Mt. ZweKa Bin, an agorgeous gift of nature for Kayin state. From the Lumbini Gardens entrance, we will start to conquer this tallest lime-stone mountain in Hpa An within 2 hours. Along the way, you will encounter many cunning monkeys playing around. Keep your way up, you will get the wonderful panoramic view at the summit, which rewards your effort. You can also enjoy the full beauty of vast landscape with stunning sunset. Walk down the mountain and drive return to hotel.

Sadan Cave

After breakfast, we will continue to explore other wonders of beautiful Hpa An. We will drive to Kaw Goon Cave, also known as Cave of the Ten Thousand Buddhas in the northern side of Than Lwin river. Unlike the Sadan cave, Kaw Goon Cave is impressive with many Mon cultural heritage carved on the inner walls and ceiling. It is also an archaeological museum that preserves plenty of beautiful Buddhist images and statues, mural paintings, terracotta votive tablets, ink inscriptions and old Mon inscription.
Next, crossing the Than-Lwin Bridge, we continue a short drive to visit Kyauk Ka Lat pagoda, which stands on the top of a limestone pinnacle on a small island in the center of green lake. With beautiful paddy field and Mt. Zwegabin as the backdrop, here you can enjoy the idyllic scenery that you could find in nowhere else. Take a walk along the wooden footbridge connecting the lake bank and island, you will continue to climb up to halfway of the little rocky mountain and enjoy the picturesque landscape over the lake and surroundings. Later, drive back to your hotel for relaxation.

In the morning, check out and drive back to Yangon. It will take about 5 hours. Upon arrival, you will straight head to airport for connecting flight out or go back to your hotel in Yangon for relaxation.
