This tour takes you to get around the central Thailand including Bangkok, Kanchanaburi, and Ayutthaya with private car and guide. You will experience the monks'fascinating early morning chanting ritual and get in touch of the local life in Bangkok; visit the unbelievable Thai-Burma Death Railway; have a close contact with Thai elephants in Elephant World. In addition, our knowledgeable guide will tell you the mysterious story of the ancient capital Ayutthaya.

This morning your guide will take you to visit the temple complex of Wat Pho ahead of the crowds to experience the monks' fascinating early morning chanting ritual. After this uplifting experience you will go around the temple grounds and see the famous Reclining Buddha before go to the Grand Palace, Thailand's most important landmark. In the palace complex, you will visit the Emerald Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Kaew). Continue with a long-tail boat ride along the ancient canals of Thonburi to get a flavor of the local life. Stop at the iconic Wat Arun, which was once the grand royal temple of King Rama II.

After lunch at a local restaurant, you will cross the Chao Phraya River by a local ferry then you will be driven to Chinatown for a glance at Old Bangkok.

Depart your hotel at around 7:00am and drive for about 2 hours to the 100-year-old Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, where usually packed with hundreds of sellers and buyers on their small rowing boats to sell, buy and exchange goods. Firstly, you will ride a traditional long-tail boat to get around the floating village then you will change to a small boat to entering the market and experience the daily life of the locals. 

Then drive about an hour to Kanchanaburi. You will visit the world-famous River Kwai Bridge and the Hellfire Pass of the Death Railway. The railway was built by prisoners of World War II, under the overseen by the Japanese. It is said that there were over a million of prisoners died during the construction. Then pay a visit to Jet War Museum to learn more about the World War II in Asia-Pacific region.

Today you will have a elephant caring tour in the Elephant World to get close encounter with Thai elephants. Founded in 2008, Elephant World is a non-profit organization. Its role is to provide "retirement homes" for elephants who have served humans, whether in the logging industry, entertaining tourists in camps and circuses, or in big road begging city. The purpose of the World is to provide a place for elephants to have fun in the natural environment. At Elephants World, they are all retired and need not to work anymore. 

You will be picked up at hotel at 9:00 AM. Today's plan includes meeting and feeding elephants, observing elephants bathing, cleaning fruits/vegetables, preparing and cooking elephant glutinous rice. In the afternoon, collect and grow elephant food: banana trees, sugar cane, banana grass or prepare fruit baskets, etc., feed glutinous rice to the ancient elephants, and then take the elephants to the river to bathe and swim with them.

Today you will leave Kanchanaburi for Ayutthaya. It was once the capital of the Kingdom of Siam and is now home to atmospheric ruins and ancient temples. Your guide will take you to explore the area by the infamous tuk-tuk. In addition to visiting the ruins, temples and the beautiful Summer Palace at Bang Pa-In. You will get to sample the local delicacy of candy floss roti and visit local houses to see how traditional handicrafts are produced.
