Travel dates are fixed based on the official Shanghai Marathon schedule.
Day 1: Thursday, December 3, 2026 – Arrival in Shanghai
On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free, giving you time to settle in after your journey.
Day 2: Friday, December 4, 2026 – City Tour & Shanghai Marathon Expo
Visit the Shanghai Tower for a city view, followed by a Huangpu River cruise.Continue to the Old Town to explore local streets and culture.

After lunch, head to the Marathon Expo to collect your race bib and gear.Return to the hotel in the afternoon to rest and prepare for race day.

Day 3: Saturday, December 5, 2026
Fun Run participants will be transferred to the 5km route.

Full marathon runners have free time to rest, stretch, or prepare.

In the evening, join a casual pre-race dinner with fellow runners.
Day 4: Sunday, December 6, 2026 – Race Day
Start the day with an early, light breakfast before transferring to the race start area.Our team will ensure you arrive in time to warm up and get ready.

Run through Shanghai’s iconic cityscape, passing major landmarks along a well-organized course with full on-route support.

After the race, you may return to the hotel to rest or stay at the finish area to enjoy the atmosphere.

In the evening, join a relaxed celebration dinner with fellow runner.
Day 5: Monday, December 7, 2026 – Post-Race Rest Day
Sleep in and enjoy a relaxed morning at the hotel. The day is left open, giving you time to recover at your own pace.

You may choose to rest, take a short walk nearby, or explore the surrounding area lightly.

It’s a comfortable pause after race day before your departure.
Day 6: Tuesday, December 8, 2026 – Departure
Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel before your transfer to the airport.

We will arrange your departure based on your flight time for a smooth and easy journey.

Yes. All packages include an official Shanghai Marathon entry.
Can I cancel my booking?
Marathon entries are non-refundable once confirmed. Other services follow our cancellation policy.
Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
No. Marathon entries are strictly non-transferable.
Can non-runners join this trip?
Yes. Friends and family are welcome to join. Please contact us for pricing.
When will I receive my race bib?
You will collect your race bib at the Marathon Expo with our assistance.
Traveling With Non-Runners? Friends and family who are not running are also welcome to join.
